Carrie may have only spent one night in her new fictional home, but the owners of the New York City penthouse featured in And Just Like That… look to be making an effort to maximize off the millions of streamers.
According to Robb Report, Penthouse A at Waterline Square has been listed at $27 million. The luxury condo on Manhattan’s Upper West Side served as the setting for Carrie’s new home—for 24 hours—before deciding to list her impulse purchase.
Real home shoppers, however, can call the New York City unit home. The full-floor condo features five bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms across more than 6,500 square feet. For those warm New York days and nights, there’s a private terrace equipped with a full outdoor kitchen and a 10-seat dining table.
The views, of course, are next level, with picturesque images of the Hudson River, Empire State Building, Freedom Tower, Statue of Liberty and the George Washington Bridge.
Building residents also have access to the Waterline Club, also featured in the TV series. The 100,000 square foot rec center boasts the the only regulation-size tennis court in any residential development in NYC, as well as a 30-foot rock climbing wall, lap pool, skate park, basketball court and yoga studio, spa and salon.
