A 2,400 square foot home in San Francisco would fetch a pretty penny in a slow market, but as SF Gate reports, one property near the Twin Peaks neighborhood went above and beyond anyone’s expectations.
Listed for just under $2.5 million, the four bedroom home sold for $3.5 million—after just three days on the market!
Richard Woo and Holly Phan, who held the listing, told local Bay Area media that they were shocked by how much over asking the property ended up selling for, even with San Francisco’s competitive market.
