The Riverdale casts continues to scoop up L.A. real estate, this time with star Cole Sprouse’s Hollywood Hills purchase.
Sprouse reportedly picked up a 1949 Midcentury designed by famed architects Richard Neutra, Josef Van der Kar and Alexander Ban for $2.9 million.
Featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms across 2,500 square feet of living space, the property boasts new hardwood floors, a brand-new kitchen and updated bathrooms. The architecturally significant bones, of course, are still in place as well, per Dirt, including lofted and beamed ceilings of exposed wood, original paneling and numerous skylights.
Outside, a 1,200 square-foot deck offers space for al fresco dining with a lagoon-style pool nearby.
