Modern Family creator Steve Levitan got a major payday with the sale of his Malibu home. According to the L.A. Times, Levitan has sold his longtime Broad Beach multi-level for $14.17 million—nearly $9 million more than he paid for the property in 2002.
The Cape Cod-style home features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms on the hillside heading toward 50 feet of beach frontage. The home includes a two-story living room, large kitchen, home spa, elevator and a huge master suite.
Spread across six different levels, the property in all makes up some 8,000 square feet of living space.
Levitan first listed the property in 2020 for $16 million.
Tony Mark and Russell Grether of the Mark & Grether Group at Compass, Kimberley Pfeiffer of Compass and Donald Richstone of Coldwell Banker Malibu Colony all held the listing. Kathy Doyle of Kathy Doyle Estates represented the buyer.
