New gig, new home. Diana Jenkins, founder of Neuro energy drinks and rumored to be the newest Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member, has picked up a new home in Hidden Hills for $13 million.
Jenkins paid cash for the property, according to Dirt, which likely wasn’t too much of a stretch considering her other real estate transaction of 2021 came via the sale of her longtime Malibu home for a reported $87 million.
As for her new home, Jenkins’ modern compound includes seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms spanning some 13,000 square feet. According to the listing, the 2019 construction boasts a gourmet kitchen with double islands and top-of-the-line appliances, a study/library soundproof movie theater, gym, a temperature-controlled wine closet, wet bar and a state-of-the-art security system.
Located in the exclusive Ashley Ridge section of Hidden Hills, Jenkins now has some infamous new neighbors, including Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli, disgraced Nickelodeon exec Dan Schneider and Jeffree Star. Also nearby, reality TV darlings Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner.
Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman held the Hidden Hills listing, while Tyrone McKillen and Sandeep Dhariwal of Compass represented the buyer.
