Looks like Lance Gross was ready for more space—and he’s found it in Sherman Oaks. The actor has closed on a nearly 4,000 square foot home in the L.A.’s valley for $2.45 million.
The four bedroom/five bath two-story home features an open living plan, eight-foot-tall interior doors and a number of glass doors out to the backyard. The modest outdoor space boasts a pool, spa and kitchen with accompanying grill.
Just last month, Gross sold his longtime Hollywood condo for an impressive profit—more than $300,000 more than he paid for the property in 2010.
California Listings expert agent Kofi Nartey represented Gross in both his Hollywood sale and Sherman Oaks purchase. Brandon Ceglia of JohnHart Corp. held the listing.
