Maybe it was just pandemic boredom, but Ariana Grande has begun selling off some of her 2020 home buying spree.
After dropping $13.7 million on a contemporary home back in the summer of 2020, the popstar has reportedly sold the property for $14 million, according to the L.A. Times.
The four bedroom/seven bathroom home spans some 10,000 square feet of living space across multiple levels. The contemporary design is complimented by some modern amenities, including a gourmet kitchen, wellness center, gym, 300-bottle wine cellar, home theatre, boutique-style dressing room and sauna facilities.
The yard is on the small size, but the builder did manage to squeeze in an L-shaped, infinity edge swimming pool alongside an outdoor dining area.
Aaron Kirman (aka Grande’s husband’s boss) of Compass held the listing, while Jacob Greene and Josh Altman of Douglas Elliman repped the buyer.
