NCIS star Sean Murray has had a profitable few weeks! The actor reportedly bought a 6,400 square foot Tarzana property earlier this summer for $4.8 million. Having never even moved in or seemingly touched the property, Murray then relisted the home a month later for nearly $5 million.
According to Dirt, that’s where Arsenio Hall comes in.
The former talkshow host was interested and ended up in a competitive bidding war over the home, ultimately prevailing with the purchase. Hall has now paid $5.2 million for the mansion—$200,000 over ask and $350,000 more than Murray paid for the home just two months prior!
Don’t feel too bad for Arsenio. He’s now the owner of a lovely six bedroom, six-and-a-half bath home with no specific architectural style. The modern build features an open floorplan boasting the ever-popular disappearing walls of glass and oversize front doors, floating staircase and wine storage. There’s also the expected gourmet kitchen, home theatre and spa-worthy baths.
Outside, Hall will be enjoying the zero-edge pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen, mini basketball court and poolside cabanas, all set on more than a third of an acre.
Lina Soifer of Compass held the listing, while Josh Altman and Sam Collins of the Altman Brothers Team at Douglas Elliman represented Hall.
