Sometimes one penthouse just isn’t enough, at least for L.A. Rams owner Stan Kroenke. The billionaire has reportedly bought his second penthouse at the Maybourne Beverly Hills—for a record $23.8 million.
According to Dirt, the purchase is the largest ever for the celebrity-packed building. The deal was made off-market so details are few and far between, but Kroenke’s new penthouse is said to feature four bedrooms and five bathrooms across 5,000 square feet of living space. (If you’re trying to work out the math, that’s nearly $4,900 per square foot!)
Amenities include 24/7 concierge, a 20,000-square-foot fitness center with massage and sauna facilities, a rooftop pool, dining and reservation-only bars.
Kroenke first bought at the Maybourne Beverly Hills in 2011, paying $11.3 million for a three-bedroom corner unit.
As for the new penthouse sale, the unit was responsible for the building’s previous record when L.A. Fitness founder Louis Welch paid $19.7 million for home in 2017.
