Looks like Gene Simmons wasn’t the only rock royalty moving property in L.A. last week. Records show that Motley Crue’s co-founder, bassist Nikki Sixx, also made himself a nice profit with the sale of his Westlake Village mansion.
The 10,300 square-foot home sold for $5.18 million, under the $5.69 million asking price, according to the L.A. Times, but well above the $4.1 million Sixx spent for the property in 2014.
Set behind the gates at the North Ranch Country Club Estates, the custom home features five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, plus a large dining room, library/game room, grand living room, office and large, family kitchen. The second level features a home theater and lounge.
Emil Hartoonian of the Agency held the listing. Michele Manfredi of Compass represented the buyer.
