A little patience can prove to be a big pay off, at least for rapper French Montana. After initially listing his Hidden Hills home in 2020 for $6.6 million, the musician and producer re-listed earlier this year and has since found a buyer at the asking price of $5 million, per the L.A. Times.
For those keeping track, that’s $1.7 million more than he paid in 2016 when he bought it from pop star Selena Gomez.
As we previously reported, Montana had added a custom $400,000 recording studio to the already swanky home. Additional features include a movie theatre and wine cellar, in addition to six bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms.
Jason Oppenheim and Mary Fitzgerald of the Oppenheim Group and Netflix’s Selling Sunset held the listing. Oppenheim also represented the buyer.
