It’s not just the more affordable markets that are seeing inventory move off the market quickly. A good luxury listing is just as desirable—especially in the Pacific Palisades.
Not even a month after listing their 10,000 square foot Mediterranean mansion, actress Michelle Pfeiffer and her husband, producer David E. Kelly, have sold their Palisades home at asking for $25 million. According to Dirt, the new owner is Stacy Frost, the former wife of TikTok investor and billionaire Andrew Frost.
As we previously reported, Pfeiffer and Kelly spent $22.3 million on the Steve Giannetti-designed property in 2019. Dubbed “the Napoli House,” the home features a stunning design reminiscent of the European countryside with unparalleled views of the Riviera Golf Course.
The three-story home includes seven bedrooms and 10.5 baths, plus a semi-subterranean art studio with outside entrance, per the listing. Additional features include an airy kitchen with a French-imported LaCanche Sully Range and built-in Wolf ovens, a screening wine, large wine display more.
Cindy Ambuehl of Compass held the listing. Marc Noah and Kyle Dordick of Hilton & Hyland jointly repped the buyer.
