Pamela Anderson is living the beaches of Malibu behind—and with it, a gorgeous beach house.
The former Baywatch star has reportedly sold her longtime residence for $11.8 million, a cool $3 million under asking price. Don’t feel too bad, though, considering Anderson only spent $1.8 million on the 2,700 square foot home back in 2000.
Featuring four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths, the house brings together elegant design with sustainable resources within the iconic Malibu Colony enclave. Privately gated, the teakwood build is encompassed by retractable glass walls to maximize the picturesque surroundings.
Amenities include custom cabinetry, a Picasso-style tub, dry sauna, retractable sunroof and a custom platinum tiled pool. The property also features a guest house.
Tomer Fridman of Compass held the listing. Sandro Dazzan of the Agency represented the buyer.
