Ryan Searcrest may spend most his time in New York nowadays, cohosting Live With Kelly And Ryan, but he’s still held on to his longtime Beverly Hills mansion—even if that’s not what he necessarily wanted.
Since originally being listed in November 2020 for $85 million, Seacrest has now lowered the asking price to $74.5 million.
The multi-structure property includes a 9,000 square foot main house featuring four bedrooms and six baths. There are also two guest houses—bringing the total stats to seven beds and 10 baths—as ell as a pool house, gym and an underground garage.
Seacrest bought the home from Ellen DeGeneres in 2012 for $36.5 million, and since then has updated the amenities and done some expected redesign work.
Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency holds the listing.
