Former WWE wrestler Stacy Keibler has claimed victory over a rollercoaster of a sale in Beverly Hills. Kiebler and her husband, tech entrepreneur Jared Pobre, have finally found a buyer after five years on and off the market and quite a few price changes.
According to Dirt, the coupe’s former Trousdale Estates home has sold for $15.2 million—a nice upset from the $11.1 million they spent on the pre-renoed property in 2012. Since then, the home was first listed in 2016 for $18.25 million. Eventually lowered to $17 million, the house was taken off the market in 2018, before popping back up earlier this year.
With nearly 5,800 square feet of living space, the home boasts five bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, including a semi-detached guest house. Architect James Schmidt maximized the incredible views by upgrading the main living space with walls of glass, while also relocating the now gourmet kitchen.
Out back, a nice dining area and an infinity-edge swimming pool and spa offer guests those unobstructed views over Beverly Hills, all the way to Catalina Island.
Steven Schaefer and Jay Luchs of Newmark Residential held the listing, while Brian Kluft at Re/Max One represented the buyer.
