If a decade-plus of Keeping Up With The Kardashians has taught us anything, it’s that wherever Kris Jenner goes, one of her kids is likely to follow. After the momager recently bought a desert property in the Palm Springs area, daughter Kourtney has followed suit.
According to Dirt, Kardashian has spent $12 million on a vacay home at the Madison Club in La Quinta, an exclusive golf club and gated community known for its high-profile clientele. Kardashian’s new neighbors include Jenner, Apple’s Tim Cook and Cindy Crawford.
Kardashian’s new home spans more than 9,300 square feet with six bedrooms and seven-and-a-half baths. Built on spec by developer Richard Doan, the minimalist property features walls of glass to blend the indoors and outdoors, a huge infinity pool, and gorgeous mountain views.
Dirt notes that living at the Madison Club has it’s perks—and it’s costs. The monthly HOA fee of $1,485 affords access to an array of amenities, including a private clubhouse, five-star dining, concierge services, fitness center and spa amenities.
Glen Cassell at Madison Club Properties held the La Quinta listing.
