YouTube star and budding mogul Emma Chamberlain picked up her West Hollywood modern home only a year ago, but she’s already sold it—and for a profit!
According to Dirt, Chamberlain paid $3.9 million for the 4,000 square-foot home last year. After recently listing the property for $4 million, the deal has reportedly closed at $4.1 million.
Records reveal the buyer is Per Sandell, a longtime director at Snapchat.
According to the listing, the home sits hidden behind gates and more than 70 olive and ficus trees in central West Hollywood. Featuring four bedrooms and five bathrooms, the contemporary space also boasts an ultramodern kitchen, while outside has a pool, cabana, BBQ and fireplace.
Casey Winchell of Kennedy Wilson Real Estate held the listing; Jeffrey Hsieh of Keller Williams repped the buyer.
