Blockbuster director Michael Bay is looking to capitalize on L.A.’s hot market. According to Dirt, Bay has listed his 3,200 square-foot Brentwood home for $4.5 million—which wold fetch a $1 million+ profit off his 2005 purchase.
Designed by Los Angeles-based Rockefeller/Hricak architects in 2002, the modern home features three bedrooms, four bathrooms across three levels. With floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, the property effortlessly mixes indoor/outdoor living.
Aside from the proper bedrooms, the home also has an open-space lower level which Dirt notes could function as a kids playroom or screening room. While there’s no pool, the grounds do boast lots of trees, a courtyard and patio space.
David Offer of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties holds the listing.
