RE/MAX Holdings has announced it will acquire the North America regions of RE/MAX INTEGRA. Once completed, the $235 million acquisition will bring nearly 19,000 agents—12,000 in Canada and 7,000 in the U.S.—under the RE/MAX, LLC Company-Owned Region umbrella.
According to a company press release, the acquired regions will include Canadian provinces Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island. Additionally, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Indiana, Minnesota, Wisconsin will fall under the new agreement.
Once completed, the move will mark the largest acquisition in RE/MAX history.

Additionally, with this acquisition, Nick Bailey has been promoted to President, RE/MAX, LLC, effective immediately. Bailey has served as Chief Customer Officer since September 2019.
