Actor Zac Efron has said goodbye to his Los Feliz home, and, by the looks of it, may be relocating to Australia.
According to Dirt, Efron got $5.3 million for his L.A. property, a but under the initial asking price of $5.9 million. The two-story “zen contemporary” (per the listing) home features four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths, floor-to-ceiling windows, a gourmet kitchen and spa-styled master bathroom. There’s also a one-bedroom, one-bath guesthouse under the the four-vehicle carport.
Dirt goes on to note that Efron has reportedly closed on a 318-acre spread in the Glengarrie area of the Tweed Valley in Australia. Records show the actor spent $2 million (U.S. dollars) on his purchase down under.
The Los Feliz property was listed with Kathrin Nicholson of The Agency, while the buyer was represented by John Fanelly at Del Rey Urban Brokerage.
