Actor Channing Tatum has picked up an ultra-private charming farmhouse deep in Brentwood’s Mandeville Canyon.
According to Dirt, Tatum made the off-market purchase earlier this Spring for $5.6 million for what the website describes as “a mostly authentic farmhouse—not one of those uber-popular new “modern farmhouse” confections, but a real, true, unpretentious farmhouse, or about as close to one as you’ll find in urban Los Angeles.”
In other words, not Ashton and Mila’s farmhouse.
Tatum’s new pad features three bedrooms, three baths and some 3,300 square feet of living space. The two-story home, built in 1950, is tucked away on a single acre which features a pool, sports court and a tiny guesthouse.
