Like many of her colleagues over at Bayside, real estate is a family affair for Molly Hobin Williams. Williams caught the bug as a teen, hanging around and working part-time at the family owned Hobin Company—a real estate firm founded by her great-grandfather in 1925. Williams passed the California real estate exam at just 17, became a licensed agent at 18, and completed her first real estate deal as a high-school senior—selling her grandmother’s house! Since then, Williams has navigated a successful career in commercial and residential real estate, including re-launching the Hobin Company in 2010.
Williams is born and raised in the South Bay, serving as a member of the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce and on the board of the Downtown Manhattan Beach Business Association. When clients are on the hunt for luxury living, especially in the sought-after Palos Verdes Estates, Molly Hobin Williams is their first call.
