Developer Crescent Heights has been given the green light by the L.A. City Planning Commission to move forward with it’s proposed 70-story DTLA apartment tower.
The project, according to Urbanize, will be home to 794 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments at the northwest corner of 11th and Olive Streets.
The building will also feature 12,504 square feet of retail space and a nearly 900-car garage.
The glass-walled building, designed by ODA, is planned to hit 810 feet in height, which will clim the spot as the fourth tallest structure in L.A. if built today.
