One of architect Mark Singer’s last projects he designed has finally been completed and hit the market for a cool $25 million. Singer died of cancer in 2015, five years before construction would eventually wrap on the cliffside masterpiece.
Given the home’s precarious location, design, permitting and construction took some 15 years to complete!
Now, the 5,000 square-foot property is ready for residents. Boasting five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling glass walls at every turn, the home offers a 270-degree ocean view, according to the listing.
The contemporary multi-level home features an elevator, media room, pool, quartz countertops and custom gloss-white and wood cabinetry, among other lux amenities and features.
Josh and Matt Altman co-hold the listing along with Andy Stavros, also of Douglas Elliman.
