Los Angeles-based Lowe, a national real estate developer, must see that the sky’s the limit in today’s commercial game, and naturally is moving into brokerage.
According to Business Wire, Lowe has launched Skye Commercial, a full-service commercial brokerage firm that will serve both occupiers and owners, led by Alec Wynne, a longtime leader in Denver’s commercial real estate sector.
While Lowe currently has more than $2 billion in commercial real estate projects in the pipeline or under development—including Culver City’s Ivy Station and the SuperBlock creative campus in San Diego—Skye will focus on commercial property leasing and sales in the Denver Metro area and across Colorado’s Front Range.
