Call it a shrewd business move, but former Lyft COO-turned Ubrer VP-turned Bird founder Travis VanderZanden is looking to offload his recent Bel Air purchase—and stands to make a $3 million profit.
Just six months after buying the 10,000 square foot mansion from Daily Show host Trevor Noah for $21.7 million, VanderZanden is making the most of the hot market and has listed the property at $24.995 million.
According to Dirt, the six bedroom/nine bathroom residence sits on a quiet cul-de-sac in upper Bel Air. Noah bought the new build in 2018 for $20.5 million, before dropping $27.5 million for his new Bel Air property earlier this year, as we previously reported.
Gary Glass of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties holds the listing for VanderZanden.
