Whether or not he resigns with the Clippers, Kawhi Leonard looks like he’s staying put in Los Angeles—at least in terms of residence. The basketball star has purchased an 11,000 square-foot mansion in L.A.’s Pacific Palisades neighborhood for a cool $17.1 million.
Per Architectural Digest, the home features seven en suite bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, two dining areas (in addition to indoor/outdoor dining and entertaining spaces), and, of course, panoramic ocean views.
This is the third SoCal property on Leonard’s real estate portfolio. AD points out that the superstar athlete also owns a $6.75 million penthouse at the Ritz-Carlton Residences at L.A. Live—walking distance to his “office” at the Staples Center— and a Rancho Santa Fe estate outside San Diego.
Josh Altman and Jessica Kavanaugh of The Altman Brothers team represented both the buyer and seller.
