Sometimes just one kitchen—however custom it may be—just isn’t enough. A newly built art deco-style mansion featuring four kitchens and a host of other five star amenities has just listed for $33.95 million in Beverly Hills.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the four kitchens include a “show kitchen” and a catering kitchen are on the main level, in addition to an outdoor kitchen by the pool, and another kitchen on the lower level of the house by the guest rooms.
All that meal prep will come in handy given the roof can reportedly fit 300 people for a sit-down dinner. The lower level contains a bar, a game room, a gym and a screening room with seating for 12.
The home’s owner, Daphna Edwards Ziman, told the Wall Street Journal that she bought the property in 2016 for $7.25 million. She demoed the existing home on the site, then spent the next four years designing and building the current house. She declined to disclose to WSJ how much she spent building the home.
