Celebrity house swaps are a dime a dozen in Los Angeles—often coming with a decent profit to boost. Diplo bought Kid Rock’s Balinese-inspired mansion in October 2020, and now the DJ and producer can slap a sold sticker on her former Hollywood Hills mansion.
The L.A. Times reports that Diplo recently made a $400,000 profit on his fast sale, with the four-story tuner going for $2.805 million in five days. The home was listed for $2.695 million last month. Records show he bought the property for $2.425 million in 2016.
At 2,500 square feet, the mansion includes a penthouse suite with a spa bathroom and private balcony. Additional features include a yoga retreat, outdoor meditation space and recording studio, natch.
Eric Lavey of Sotheby’s International Realty held the listing.
