June saw a influx on luxury listings across the U.S., following slumping numbers in April and May, according to a new report out from Zillow. According to World Property Journal, luxury listings increased nationally by nearly 40 percent May to June, bringing the year over year change to just a 9 percent drop.
While new high-value listings dropped by nearly half in April and May, compared to the same time period in 2019, buyer demand has remained strong, encouraging to new luxury homes being listed in June 2020.
