The iconic Rosenthal Estate and it’s 180-acre vineyard has been listed at the affordably priced $38 million. We say affordably priced because the last time the property was on the market in 2012, it was listed for $59.5 million!
Built by real estate developer George Rosenthal, the estate features a 12,000-square-foot hacienda-style main residence, and three guest cottages, bringing the bed and bath total to eight and nine, respectively. Additionally, the vineyards boast approximately 10,000 vines, while the remain grounds are home to 600 avocado trees.
Additional property features include a converted stable, serving as a both a tasting room and banquet space, two pools, and a screening room.
California Listings expert Joyce Rey holds the listing, along with Sandro Dazzan of the Agency Malibu and Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker.
