Super producer Ryan Murphy may have moved out long ago, but Dirt is reporting that he has officially sold his former Beverly Hills residence for $16.25 million.
The Spanish Colonial Revival was built in the mid 1920s, features seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Murphy bought the home from actress Diane Keaton in 2010 for $10 million.
Per Dirt, Keaton purchased the property in 2007 for $8.1 million and put in some decent sweat equity restoring the home to such a pristine level that it landed on the cover of Architectural Digest in 2017.
Our Malibu expert Chris Cortazzo held the listing for Murphy alongside Kevin Augunas, both from Compass. Crosby Doe represented the buyer.
