Maybe he’s trying to deflect from the rap beef news of late, but Drake is making major real estate moves—relisting his Beverly Hills estate. After purchasing the home in 2022 for $75 million, the superstar listed the property last year for $88 million. After no takers, he appears to have relisted the mansion…for $88 million.
Nestled behind a long private gated drive, the compound sits on nearly three-level acres boasting unrivaled privacy and security, just moments from the Beverly Hills Hotel. Designed by the renowned KAA Associates, this sprawling property spans some 25,000 square feet of living space, with 10 bedrooms and 22 bathrooms.
The main house features seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a formal living and dining rooms, gourmet kitchen with breakfast room, library, and two family rooms—one of which doubles as a professional screening room. There are also three additional ensuite bedrooms for staff on the property.
The amenities list includes a garage for 11 cars, an elevator, wine cellar, gym, and game room. A pool/guest house with a mosaic-tiled pool and indoor/outdoor kitchen, as well as a hidden tennis court and orchard, complete the estate.
Marc Bretter of Maywood Property Group holds the listing along with Rayni Williams of the Beverly Hills Estates.
