He may not have gotten the holiday gift of a buyer back when he listed the home, but popstar Charlie Puth may have finally found a buyer—albeit at a discount. The singer/songwriter had listed his 90210 Midcentury for a cool $16.995 million, but after sitting on the market, Puth lowered the asking price by $2 million earlier this month. And now, the listing is pending!
The four bedroom/four-and-a-half bath home was designed by Rex Lotery in 1965. Built of concrete, wood, glass and stone, the property is noted as one of only a handful of two story homes in Trousdale. Completely private and situated behind gates with a large motorcourt, property feature include multiple courtyards, a pool, fountains, a gourmet kitchen with commercial appliances and a striking two-story living room.
The primary suite has a spa-inspired bath, office, studio and much more.
Even with the lower asking price, Puth still stands to make a profit. He reportedly bought the home for $9 million six years ago.
Kurt Rappaport with Westside Estate Agency holds the listing.
