Karamo Brown is putting that hard-earned Queer Eye money to werk! Dirt is reporting that the Emmy winning host has dropped $5.395 million on a modern rebuild in the Hollywood Hills.
Built in the 1950s, the 3,500 square foot property has since been reimagined with an eye for the modern aesthetic, now boasting walls of glass, French oak hardwood and slate stone floors. Featuring four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths across the single-level dwelling, the property also includes a gourmet kitchen and a glass-encased wine cellar.
Outside, Brown and his Queer Eye boys can enjoy the pool, patio with a built-in grill and firepit and a a meditation/yoga platform. Should he need more room, the marketing materials made note that there’s room to build up to a 1,200 square foot accessory dwelling unit/ADU in the back portion of lot that could serve as a pool house, recording studio or other creative use.
Oliver Thornton and RC Thornton of Hollywood Estates held the listing. Jessica Felix of Rodeo Realty repped Brown.
