That’s didn’t take long!
Just about a month after listing his longtime Beverly Hills home for $19.995 million, actor David Spade has sold for the near-asking price of $19.5 million.
Built in 1978 and designed by prolific architect Edward Fickett, the 6,426 square foot home features four bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Located in the coveted Trousdale Estates community, the home sits on an acre of land, offering some incredible city views.
Spade purchased the property for $4 million in the early ’90s, and since then has made some quality updates and improvements. In addition to a new, modern kitchen, the home now boasts gray hardwood floors throughout, updated dual primary bathrooms, three fireplaces, 20-foot ceilings in the main living space, floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors that open to a patio.
The home’s exterior offers an inviting backyard with pool and large patio, a full-size and flood-lit north/south tennis court, a fire pit, and a generous space for a gathering.
Stuart Vetterick of Hilton & Hyland held the listing. Rayni Williams and Branden Williams of the Beverly Hills Estates repped the buyer.
