Actor Mark-Paul Gosselaar has turned a pretty profit on 2014 Sherman Oaks real estate purchase!
According to Dirt, the Saved By The Bell star has found a buyer for his 5,800 square foot family home to the tune of $5.3 million—$3 million more than he paid for the home a few years back.
Set on a quiet cul-de-sac, the five bedroom/five bathroom contemporary home boasts the ever-present indoor/outdoor living SoCal homeowners demand, along with remodeled features including wide-plank European white oak floorboards, custom cabinetry, wrought iron work and luxury tech. The high-end kitchen, features up-to-date appliances, a walk-in butler’s pantry, breakfast room and backyard access.
Speaking of backyard, the outdoor space was reportedly updated in 2017, now showcasing a solar-heated pool and spa with an ozone filtration system and an electric cover, dining pergola and an outdoor kitchen.
Stephen Apelian of Coldwell Banker Realty held the listing. Alexander Vichinsky and James Harris, both with the Agency, repped the buyer.
