Sean “Diddy” Combs listed and sold his former Toluca Lake home in three months, coming in slightly under asking. According to the L.A. Times, the 9,600 square foot mansion sold for $6.5 million—offered at $6.99 million.
The home was the former residence of Diddy’s ex, Kim Porter, until her death in 2018. Records show Diddy paid $5.25 million for the property in 2009.
Featuring six ensuite bedrooms and and additional half bath, the East Coast traditional boasts a large living room, two-story entry foyer, chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless appliances and a screening room. The outdoor space includes a pool, sports court, backyard fireplace, al fresco dining area and sundeck.
