Kelly Clarkson had already moved on to Toluca Lake while her Encino property sat on the market, but the singer-turned-talk show host has finally found a buyer for her new(ish) former home.
After originally listing at $10 million, and then lowering the asking to $9 million, Clarkson has sold the property for $8.24 million, according to Dirt. Records show Clarkson paid $8.5 million for the home in 2018.
The rustic farmhouse features eight bedrooms, eight full and two half baths across a main and guesthouse. Located in the exclusive Royal Oaks neighborhood, the home boasts a gourmet kitchen, screening room, billiards nook, pool, outdoor kitchen and pizza oven.
Chris Corkum and Lisa Brende of Compass held the listing. California Listings Encino expert Craig Knizek of the Agency represented the buyer.
