Music manager and entertainment mogul Scooter Braun (aka the man who built Justin Bieber) has inked the largest residential real estate deal in Brentwood history—and the second priciest on L.A.’s Westside.
According to Dirt, Braun has spent $65 million on a brand-new 19,000 square-foot mansion in Mandeville Canyon. Notably, even at the ultra luxury level buyers can still get a “deal,” considering the home was originally listed at $70 million.
Featuring six bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, the house naturally boasts a collection of high end and high tech amenities. Among those, according to the listing, are a home theatre for 12, boutique-worthy closets, indoor and outdoor pools, gym, steam room, 1,650-bottle wine room, bar/card room, two offices, a detached pool house and detached guest house.
The contemporary home features open spaces, 13-foot ceilings and the warm tones of Danish white oak throughout. One-of-a-kind vintage furnishings, walls of glass and expansive glass doors compliment the finishings.
Blair Chang of the Agency held the listing; Josh and Matt Altman of the Altman Brothers Team at Douglas Elliman repped Braun.
