Nicole Richie and Joel Madden love luxury homes in Beverly Hills, given their recent real estate history in the area. After selling their Hidden Valley Estates home to next-door neighbor Adele for $10 million earlier this year, the Richie-Maddens have now dropped $10.2 million on a mansion in the nearby Summit development.
According to Dirt, the 1987 construction underwent a big remodel in 2019 by SIMO Design. Sam Gnatovich and Alexi Rennalls—SIMO’s founders and husband-and-wife team— even used the home as their personal residence.
The 6,100 square-foot house features five bedrooms and six baths and lux interiors including intricate millwork, wide-plank hardwood floors and Carrara marble throughout. As noted by Dirt, the hilltop lot is about a third of an acre, which includes some nice outdoor space with a pool, outdoor fireplace and grassy lawn out back.
Drew Fenton and Justin Paul Huchel of Hilton & Hyland held the listing, while Brett Lawyer, also of Hilton & Hyland, repped Richie and Madden.
