Eva Longoria appears to be up for a game of hardball, cutting nearly $4 million off the asking price on her Beverly Hills estate. Longoria first listed the home for $22.880 million and is now asking $18.998 million for the eight bedroom/10 bath home.
The gated tennis estate has been updated with warm, organic textures and tasteful finishes, surrounded by mature landscaping, sycamore trees and canyon views. Soaring ceilings and wide oak wood plank floors are found throughout.
The gourmet kitchen has an island, sun-drenched breakfast room and prep kitchen for events. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to the resort-style yard—anchored by a cabana with a full bar and an all-glass gym.
