Emma Stone Sells Westwood Property For Over-Asking

It did not take long for Emma Stone to find a buyer—and for over-asking, at that! Just 10 days after listing her Westwood property for $3.995 million, the actress went under contract and now the home has closed…for $4.3 million.

The quintessential Spanish design is set on a highly desirable Comstock Hills street, offering four bedrooms and four bathrooms across 3,276 square feet of living space. 

Following a recent renovation, the Wall Street Journal reports that this two-story has double-height vaulted ceilings in the kitchen, plus a new separate structure guest house which includes a living room/kitchen and a separate bedroom suite with laundry. The sizable flat yard and grassy front yard offer lots of outdoor, gated space.

Eric Lavey with Sotheby’s International Realty held the listing, while Guy Levy and Linda May with Carolwood Estates repped the buyer.
