Justin Upton Finally Finds A Buyer In Newport

After more than 130 days on the market—and a few price adjustments—baseball star Justin Upton seems to have finally found a buyer for his O.C. listing. Back in December, the MLB star slashed $300,000 off the asking price on his Newport Beach home, which went under contract last week, lowering the asking price to $6,495,000.

The former Anaheim Angels player paid $4,726,500 for the modern farmhouse in 2020.

Nestled on the serene and picturesque Leeward Lane, the home boasts an impressive expanse of almost 6,000 square feet of living space, with five bedrooms and six-and-a-half baths.
