Actors Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer are giving the market another go, listing their Venice custom-built home for $8 million. The couple first tried to sell the property in 2020 for $14 million and subsequently tried a handful more times at various lower asking prices to no avail. The home was also listed for rent at a rate of $35,000 per month back in 2022.
The 7,100 square foot residence sits on a double lot not far from the famed Venice Boardwalk. Crafted by renowned architect David Hertz, the property boasts five beds and eight baths.
The open floor plan integrates dual kitchens and dining areas on two levels. The top floor kitchen extends to a rooftop deck with panoramic ocean views. The property features a Zen garden, pool, spa, sauna, and fitness room.
Made with one-of-a-kind materials, such as wood sourced from the original cedar benches of the Hollywood Bowl in 1919, the property is complete with a separate guest house, which served as the original home on the lot from 1910.
