Rufus Wainwright is packing up the piano and listing his Laurel Canyon home for $2.2 million. The singer/songwriter bought the cottage-style property for $1.45 million in 2016.
The 1926 storybook has three bedrooms and four baths across 2,119 square feet of living space. Classic elements like wood-beamed cathedral ceilings, stained glass windows, a mantled fireplace and an octagon-shaped library are just the sort of the character.
There are also lush greenery yards and outdoor dining areas with balconies on every level of the house. The family kitchen connects to a formal dining room with an ambiance to entertain.
