Actress Michelle Pfeiffer and her writer/producer husband, David E. Kelly, have bought and sold in the Pacific Palisades a few times now, but they have must have really wanted their latest purchase given that they paid some $130,000 over asking! The five bedroom/seven bath estate went on the market in September for $10.495 million and within the month sold for $10.625 million.

Nestled in the prestigious Riviera Palisades, the home boasts more than 7,600 square feet of living space, including a formal entryway, formal living room and family room with custom floor-to-ceiling built-ins and coffered ceilings. Elsewhere, the home features a sweeping staircase, high ceilings with classic wooden beams and ample natural light.
