He may not be the most beloved person in Hollywood, but gossip blogger Perez Hilton is hoping for a quintessential Hollywood sale: leave town and make a profit in the process. Hilton has listed his longtime Mid-city home for $4,195,000.
The Spanish Colonial boasts six bedrooms and five baths across more than 3,600 square feet of living space. Prominently situated on an oversized 10,000 square foot lot, the renovated home boasts a two-story formal entry, formal living room, white beam ribbed ceilings, three large arched windows, and a classic hearth fireplace. And that’s just the start of the home!
The room opens to an intimate dining room and lounge with custom built-ins, a fireplace, and French doors to the private yard. The spacious and bright island kitchen overlooks the gardens and includes Miele, Sub-zero and Wolfe appliance package, with an adjacent breakfast nook and bar, all opening onto the South-facing backyard.
All principal rooms in the main house access the exterior grounds that feature a flagstone terrace, turfed yard, pool and spa and cozy lanai. The primary suite has a floor-to-ceiling honed Carrara marble bath, designer wall-covering and a walk-in closet.
The turn key detached guest house feels like its own property with views over the pool, large living room, an open galley kitchen and large bedroom with adjacent flex space.
Hilton bought the Spanish Colonial for $2,900,000 in 2015.
Jack Graniti and Marc Burrows of Pacifica West Properties hold the listing.
