Ernie Carswell, Ivan Estrada Pick Up Ellie Honors

Ahead of its fourth quarter earnings call, Douglas Elliman handed out some top performer awards, dubbed the Ellies, with some California Listings experts making the mark—natch.

The brokerage’s 2023 Ellie Awards, which celebrate its top brokers and teams by gross commission income, volume and team size by region, named the Altman Brothers Team as the firm’s Top Team by gross commission income and volume. They were followed by Beverly Hills Post Office expert Ernie Carswell and his team, Carswell and Associates in the large team category.

The Tracy Tutor Team was named top team by GCI in the medium team category. The small team category was helmed by Rachelle Rosten, Kelly deLaat Team followed by Heather and Learka, and West Hollywood expert Ivan Estrada at no. 3.

The National Award, presented to the top 25 teams (by size) by sales volume for the entire company nationwide, went to the Eklund | Gomes Team (Mega Team), the Altman Brothers (Large Team), Carswell and Associates (Large Team) and the Tracy Tutor Team (Medium Team).

Both Carswell and Associates and Ivan Estrada’s teams were also honored with Pinnacle Club Awards,  presented to California agents and teams who made over $1 million in 2022.
