Actor Steven Segal has finally found a buyer for his Lava Lakes Ranch. The 5,329 acre property in Montague has been off and on the market for years, according to Realtor.com.
Initially listed for $12 million in 2014, it returned to the market in 2015 at the same price, before coming off the market again. In 2021, the ranch was once again listed, this time for $7.5 million, and according to sales records, has sold for an even $7 million.
Located in the presence of 14,000 foot Mt. Shasta, the property features seven lakes and is home to numerous species of waterfowl, deer, bass and upland birds that thrive year-round in the safety and privacy of the ranch. There is a 14,063 square foot Tennessee white pine square log residence, featuring nine bedrooms and 10 baths.
There is also an additional 4,200 square foot home boasting three bedrooms and three baths, plus a two bedroom, two bathroom guest house. Additional facilities include barns and corrals.
